Villa Gerania is a special independent villa of high quality, very clean and beautiful swimming pool with view over the Tuscan hills and the Trasimeno lake. The villa originally was an old oil-mill of 1800 and it was restored according to its original, local architectural style and converted into Villa.

There are two separate buildings on the estate: the master villa and the small, adjacent villa. The garden leads directly to the main entrance of the 3 floor master villa and the bedrooms have a back entrance.

The ground floor is used as a daytime enchanting area with a large dining room with a splendid brick archway and a stone fireplace, also there is a comfortable double bed room and a open-plan kitchen area that is fully equipped with all household appliances and accessories and there is a shower room.

The first floor is composed of a small drawing room or a reading room with a stone fireplace and a double bedroom; also there is a hall for the second back entrance to the house, which also acts as a passage to the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other one with two single beds, both are decorated with wall paintings depicting views of the nearby castle and the surrounding landscape; you could also find a bathroom with a whirlpool shower.

The attic on the second floor has yet another double bedroom with a marquee bed, an antique writing table and a depicting view which can be admired from panoramic window overlooking the Lake Trasimeno. Next to this room, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower.

The small villa along the side the master villa has a wide, exclusive colonnade measuring approximately 18 sq.m., from where there is a charming view of the surrounding countryside.

On the ground floor we find a cozy living room with a stone fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen is completely tiled with hand-painted tiles and the bathroom has a whirlpool shower.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with an attracting and charming view of the surrounding landscape.

There is a luminous mosaic paved swimming pool(18 x 7 m)which is surrounded by olive trees, a children`s playground, table tennis, mountain bikes, a covered car-park and nature paths.

The entire villa has air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV and an alarm system.

The owner’s family is known for their hospitality. They welcome their guests in person and make them feel at home. They also offer a tour program through their vineyards and olive trees with tour tasting and explanation on production of organic products like olive oil, wine doc in Cortona and Umbria.
