A quiet hamlet in the real Tuscan countryside, right in the heart of the region known worldwide for its arts, climate, skyline, wine and traditional food. This small village has been restored according to the characteristics of Montespertoli and other beautiful traditional towns close by. The estate now includes a few large and confortable apartments characteristic of the area and equipped with both modern and traditional “countryside” comforts.

The apartments are situated on an agricultural estate of approximately 25-hectars, available for picnics, walks, nature hikes, etc. This environment is harmonically respected with a swimming area and a 12x7mt swimming-pool, built with natural stones (outside) and mosaics (inside). The pool’s park includes olive-trees, cypresses and other wild bushes in front of a breathtaking panorama view, which allows you the maximum privacy.

The estate is located in the hills, about 25 km from Florence. All kinds of shopping is available in the near town of Montespertoli, which is 10 minutes away from the estate. You will arrive after a pleasant, panoramic drive through a tiny and characteristic unpaved country road.

Apartment Viola: This apartment is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-room, kitchen, matrimonial bed room, twin bed room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor tower mansard there is a double sofa bed. The apartment is in a country house with a large fenced garden, 100 mts. from the main building and 80 mts from the swimming-pool.
