Apartment Pia is located in a very beautiful building overlooking the little town of Levanto, Italy. It was an old style grand hotel, which has been recently transformed into a condominium of very nice apartments. The apartment is 130 sq.mt very well planned and decorated with modern touches. Everything is very well maintained, all the rooms have been freshly painted and are decorated with nice, comfortable pieces of furniture.

The property is on a terrace ground, surrounded a large and nice garden with typical Riviera vegetation, palm trees, lemon trees, buganvillea - oleanders and lots of flowers. At the back, on the top of the garden, the guests can enjoy a lovely panoramic pool-with also a little pool for children. The condominium is organized with a permanent concierge and the building is provided with elevator.

From the apartment it is possible to reach the centre of Levanto by car in 5 minutes, by foot in 10 minutes through steps and a footpath. In Levanto there is all kinds of shops, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, disco, wine bars, bakeries for Ligurian focacce. A grocery shop close to the apartment and can deliver shopping at home. In Levanto there is a free beach or beach where it is possible to rent a cabana with sun chairs by the day.
