Tuscany castle rentals exceptionally well situated on the borders of Tuscany and Umbria on the shore of the Lake Trasimeno. Today after so many centuries of history it appears in its present form, imposing stone facade with one tall tower, renaissance arches, cross vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplaces, lovely flooring of oak parquet or terracotta.

This Tuscany castle is situated in a fenced-off park measuring 9 acres, abundant in well-established trees, lawns and flowerbeds for the exclusive use of the visitors. Guests will find a large swimming pool and tennis court. Adjacent to the pool there is a toilet, a small bar area and a shower.

Ground Floor: On the ground floor there is a living room with open fireplace and billiard, dining room, sitting room with cable TV, large country kitchen and restrooms.

First Floor: On the first floor there are a grand entrance hall, a large living room with open fireplace with an outstanding view of Lake Trasimeno,1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom with bathroom.

Second Floor: This floor constitutes one double bedroom, three twin bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms.

The Tuscany castle interiors are decorated with splendid frescoes in the living area and in some of the bedrooms and are very tastefully furnished with elegant and valuable pieces of furniture. The castle sleeps 14 with 3 double rooms, 3 twin rooms, 2 singles and 6 bathrooms. This exclusive atmosphere represents a unique experience and to satisfy even the most refined guests, in the renting costs is included daily cleaning. (6 hours,6 days a week). On request there’s the possibility to arrange a chef for the evening meals (extra charge).

A fully fenced park of more than 2 hectares, full of secular trees and a typical Mediterranean garden surround the Castle. At the back of the Castle there is a large forest of oak trees with small paths where you can walk around peacefully. Inside the park, you will find a large swimming pool of which you will have exclusive use and a tennis court. The Castle is quite isolated and your privacy is assured.
