Farmhouse apartment in Greve in Chianti part of a characteristic stone farmhouse on a wine estate in the Chianti hills. This cozy, country farmhouse apartment is nestled in the hills of Greve in Chianti valley. The farmhouse apartment itself was originally constructed as an ancient rectory and still sits adjacent to the small 13th century church of San Piero al Pino. Today it has been renovated as two different apartments. Sitting at the end of a long avenue of cypresses, the farmhouse apartment is surrounded by approximately 215 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and forestland, perfect for trekking or simply relaxing amongst nature. The location offers the perfect natural setting, yet with the nearby town of Greve, has the conveniences. The estate produces its own wine, olive oil and vinegar which are all available for purchase.

The Vineyard apartment has three levels. The ground floor, private terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards. There is also an outdoor grill and table and chairs for dining ‘al fresco’. The ground floor of the farmhouse apartment has a large kitchen with fireplace, clothes washer, dishwasher and all the needed kitchen appliances. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub. The upstairs has a double bedroom, a room with two twin beds and a bath with bathtub. The top floor has a single bedroom and a sittting room with picturesque views of the surrounding hills. There is an estate pool available during summer months. Animals are permitted (dogs and cats only). Bed and bath linens are included with the rental. The estate offers free guided tour of the wine cellars and wine tasting.
