The apartment was constructed in the 1700s, and then restored in the 1800’s in a neoclassical style - how you will view it today.

The apartment is set amongst a large property, spanning tens of hectares of protected land. The estate is close to Florence and within an easy walking distance to Settignano. The area offers a variety of services, yet is still quiet and green, and surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. You reach the apartment Little Capella through a long driveway lined with high pine trees. Around the property, one can admire the historical park also surrounded by olive trees.

Guests have access to a part of the park belonging to the villa.
