Cavalli is a small rental villa that has been re-built using bio-architecture methods. The villa is situated on an 126 hectare estate in the hills of Chianti, Tuscany. The estate produces vintage wine and extra virgin olive oil without the use of chemical substances. Weekly tours of the vineyards and olive groves, and of the Cellar and Oil mill are offered. There is also an organic restaurant on the property which offers wine tasting and a small shop where guests may purchase these organically produced products. The area offers a variety of things to do such as walking paths to explore, mountain bikes to use, golf, horseback riding, and tennis.

Villa Cavalli has a kitchen and living room area with a fireplace and satellite tv. The two double bedrooms each has its own bathroom (with shower), telephone and safe. The private garden has a barbecue facility. There is a pool on the estate (6x12 mt) and a beautiful common room for guests’ use.

Malmantile is the nearest village at 2 km and one can find shops, a post-office, bars and a bank. The nearest rail-station at Montelupo is at 5 km where you can also find the Ceramic Museum, Coop supermarket and Carabinieri. Lastra a Signa with IperCoop supermarket and the S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li speedway to Florence, Pisa and Livorno. Villa Cavalli is a peaceful place that offers an ideal ambience for those who want to enjoy the Chianti countryside and relax. It is also conveniently located to visit Florence (20 minutes by public transport) and the other Tuscan cities.
