The complex evolved from the detailed restructuring of an old XVI century farmhouse and its adjoining outbuildings that were once inhabited by the local nursery workers. The nursery is still active producing a colourful range of various plants, flowers and trees. The Agritourism has been carefully restructured maintaining the typical Tuscan tradition, both with the building and the furniture, but also equipped to provide maximum comfort.

The Apartments are situated in an outstanding position prevailing over the magnificent "Valle Di Chio" situated 3km from Castiglion Fiorentino, and 15km from Cortona. Immersed in the depths of the Tuscan countryside, adorned with olive-groves and rolling hills, where it is possbile to enjoy walks (also guided) and to appreciate the picturesque and unspoilt environment. The peaceful and secluded surroundings ensure that the complex never loses the impression of paradise.

There is a swimming pool at the peak of the valley with an optimum view of Castiglion Fiorentino, a spacious Reception Room where breakfast is served, but also where our guests are recommended to sample our vast array of home produced products such a Tuscan extra virgin oil, wine "vin santo" honey and marmalade, all of which are made with the utmost
care.

If desired our Reception Room is the perfect environment for meetings or gatherings, it has room to accommodate a maximum of 60 people.

Apartment "CAPANNINA"

Perfectly restored, small apartment but extremely welcoming. The external and internal of this apartment is built using the original "stone" as well as furnished with some antique furniture. It has one double bedroom, small fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle, and is ideal for two people. The apartment is situated only 5 metre from the pool.
