The Ground Floor of the villa features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a raised fireplace. The elegant dining area opens onto a garden through french doors. The living room features a fireplace and there is also a separate TV room. Downstairs also features 2 rooms with twin beds and one bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features 5 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms offer queen size beds and one room offers twin beds. From this floor, access the tower, which features windows all-around. The tower features a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The annex, which has been renovated from the old barn, sits only 6 metres from the villa and is rented only with the villa. It offers additional accommodation, perfect for children! Downstairs features a living area (or playroom) and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with 5 single beds.

Villa Monte 1 is a private luxury villa on a large wine producing estate. Tours of the estate wine cellar are offered. Guests may trek or mountain bike the surrounding 370 acres of fenced land. If prefered, guests of Villa Monte 1 can simply relax at the villa and its beautiful garden area which also features sunbeds, garden furniture and a large built-in barbecue. There is also a large, covered porch with a marble and iron table for dining ‘al fresco’. Near the covered porch is the swimming pool, used only by the guests of Villa Monte 1.
