The living room features a fireplace and there is also a separate TV room. Downstairs also features 2 rooms with twin beds and one bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features 5 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms offer queen size beds and one room offers twin beds. From this floor, access the tower, which features windows all-around. The tower features a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The annex, which has been renovated from the old barn, sits only 6 metres from the villa and is rented only with the villa. It offers additional accommodation, perfect for children! Downstairs features a living area (or playroom) and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with 5 single beds. Villa Monte 1 is a private villa on a large wine producing estate.
